ICWI Fulfills Big Dreams For Three Teachers

Three teachers have received their dream gift courtesy of their students who nominated them, and the Insurance Company of the West Indies (ICWI) ‘Dream Big’ Teacher’s Day campaign.
The Jamaican students in Ukraine are on their way to safety thanks to a joint effort of fundraising and diplomatic discussion. To get the students out of the war-torn nation, the PNP’s Mark Golding worked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade to successfully rescue the students.
After a bit of a wait, the Jamaican students that are in Cuba will finally receive care packages and essentials. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade has worked with Corporate Jamaica to fill the shipment.
RUBiS Energy Jamaica Limited has invested in several young Jamaican visual arts students and fine artists through its InPulse Art Project with support from the company’s foundation, RUBiS Mecenat, to fund their participation in the Tide Rising Art Projects.
